Our beautifully presented bar offers not only Oaks Pacific Blue resort guests, but also Port Stephens residents, an attractive place to drink.

There is a wide selection of beverages including boutique bottled beer and your favourite beer on tap. A fantastic selection of wines – both reds and whites are available by bottle or by the glass.

Cocktails are our speciality and whether you choose a classic favourite or something you’ve never tried before it’s bound to be on the list... and if it’s not, we’ll make it for you!

Be tempted by a Choc Dream – Bailey’s, Tia Maria and Kahlua, or popular favourites such as Pina Colada, Margarita and the Martini.

Nightfall in Nelson Bay brings the bar to life with its fabulous blue neon display that lights up the extravagant white marble.

The bar can be accessed from either indoors or whilst you are dining alfresco by the pool.

At Sunsets at the Bay we practice Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Hi There!
I recently came to a friends wedding at Oaks Pacific Blue. The whole day was absolutely amazing!
You guys should be so proud of the lovely establishment you have there!
The reason for my email is in regards to the food we were served at the wedding.
The bride and groom chose to just have finger food that was served from table to table.
There was one item in particular that I haven't been able to stop thinking about.
We were served some sort of noodle dish in a tiny little noodle box.
I'm pretty sure it was a vegetarian dish as there wasn't any meat in it.
I just wanted to know what the dish was called and do you serve it as a take away meal??
They were the nicest noodles i have ever had!
